1. What's Up
-------------------------------------------------------------
A great deal has happened since the last email update. A
number of new people have joined the campaign.
o Rich Macchi eagerly stepped in as Campaign Chair.
o Keri Koenig took over as Treasurer from Yale Zussman.
Yale had to step down as his new job as a public school
teacher prevented him from continuing in that role.
o Marcus Ly took on the role of interim College Coordinator.
o Laurie Brunner joined us as interim Volunteer Coordinator
and Event Coordinator.
Way to go Rich, Keri, Marcus and Laurie!
Finally, the campaign will open an office in Somerville.
We will join several Green groups and campaigns already
calling the Mystic River Greens office in Davis Sq. home.
-------------------------------------------------------------
2. Events - Volunteers needed!
-------------------------------------------------------------
The campaign will be at a number of events over the next few
weeks. We are looking for volunteers who will help sign up
clean election contributors, hold signs, talk with people
about the campaign, or just show their support. Please
email okeefecampaign at netscape.net if you can help at
any of these events for any period of time. Thanks!
