1. Support Clean Elections!, This Saturday, 9/29/2001

Mass Voters for Clean Elections is organizing a March for
Democracy to support the Clean Elections law this Saturday,
September 29th. James O'Keefe and campaign supporters will
be participating in this historic event. James O'Keefe
will be speaking at around noon at the Arlington Town Hall
stop.
Please join us for all or part of the march. If you can
attend, please email us at okeefecampaign at netscape.net.
Bring clipboards if you have them. Thanks! Here is the
schedule:
10:00 a.m. – Meet on Battle Green. Convocation, short program
10:30 a.m. – Begin “March for Democracy”
Noon – Arrive at Arlington Town Hall (Mile 5) for
refreshments, short program
1:00 p.m. – Meet Red Line Marchers from Alewife at Mass. Ave/
Rte. 16 (Mile 6.5)
2:00 p.m. – Arrive at Cambridge Common (Mile 8.5), short
program, refreshments
3:00 p.m. – Depart Cambridge Common
4:00 p.m. – Cross Mass. Ave Bridge, turn on Beacon Street (Mile 11)
4:30 p.m. – March on the State House (Mile 12.5)
5:00 p.m. – Rally for Clean Elections on Boston Common
6:00 p.m. – Buses return marchers Lexington Green
