1.  CORRECTION TO LAST E-MAIL ABOUT TONIGHT'S EVENT IN LEOMINSTER 9/10

Unfortunately, Jamie will be unable to attend tonight's Speak-out in 
Leominster at 7pm, but Jill and Tony will still be there to listen to local 
voters' thoughts and concerns and to discuss their views on community issues. 
Tonight will be a great opportunity to ask the candidates questions and to let 
them know what's important to your community.

2.  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR THIS WEEKEND'S EVENTS!

This Saturday, 9/14, from 9-11 am is the Race to Stop Global Warming.  We will 
need volunteers to hand out flyers, get people's email addresses, and help 
people register to vote.  The event is located at Wells Office Park in Newton. 
Also this Saturday from noon until 2 pm will be the MassCANN Freedom Rally 
2002 at the Boston Common.  We will be needing volunteers at this event as 
well to hand out flyers and gain support for the campaign.  For more

3.  VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR ADAMS CORNER OLD TIME POLITICAL RALLY 9/16

The Adams Corner Old Time Political Rally will be held on Monday, September 
16th, the eve of the primary elections.  At this event, all state-wide and 
regional candidates in Massachusettes will have a chance to speak one last 
time before the primaries.  We will need volunteers to hold signs and to show 
their support for the Green Party candidates.  Again, if you're interested, 
send an e-mail to info at jamesokeefe.org.

4.  REGISTER TO VOTE TODAY!

The deadline to register to vote for statewide elections is October 16th.
We encourage you to change your voter registration to MASSACHUSETTS GREEN
PARTY today. This helps us maintain our ballot status.  Also, if you register 
with the Green Party before September 17th, you can vote in the primaries to 
show your support for Green Party candidates.
